SheRunsHeRuns first opened its doors at Bluewater on Saturday 2nd December 2006. SheRunsHeRuns is a specialist running store designed to appeal to men and women of all standards, from absolute beginners to serious athletes. No one is too unfit or too fast!

Our goal is to 'Get Britain Running' and our staff are fully trained to help you find the right products for your individual needs. We offer a unique and free one to one footwear consultation, which you can just turn up and take advantage of - no need to book. Our stores are equipped with the latest video analysis software, which allows us to accurately analyse your gait and movements. We combine this insight with a simple process of looking at your feet and watching your running action to help narrow down the hundreds of different running shoes on offer.

It's not just about the right shoes, though, so we have an extensive 'Bra Bar' as we believe that a good sports bra is as essential as a good pair of trainers. We stock clothing from the top running brands, all of which is designed to regulate your body temperature and keep you comfortable during exercise.

SheRunsHeRuns is more than just a shop. Our Bluewater store includes a sports injury clinic, which offers a service devoted to helping you reach your goals. We also hold a free timed 4k run every Saturday morning around Bluewater, which is open to all standards of runner. Ask in store for details of how we can help you get the most out of your running.
